My kitchen has apparently become an inn for mice. I assume they somehow got in during my trip to India and so I've been setting traps to kill them. I thought they were all gone until Friday and Saturday nights we found a mouse stuck on a trap.
Kent being there helped me deal with it. But with his soft heart he didn't want to do what I would do, which is take the trap — with mouse stuck to it — to the trash. Instead he unglued the mouse from the trap and set it in a little box. He fed it some cheese and then took it outside and freed it. He did the same with the other one too. They both scampered to freedom; hopefully never to return to the Desai residence.

Truly of 'Mice and Men'. Steinback would be interested.
Hi Jigsha! I thought I would check out your blog :) and your recipe for chai! I'm intriqued, although not a tea drinker. I hope you got some rest and that Kent & Clift didn't get into too much trouble - I forgot to ask.
See you soon.. or not soon :) I never know what Clift has planned.
