My phone lines were down, thus the delay in writing.
Went to Philadelphia last weekend and saw the most adorable member in my family. Being next to Kush is such a wonderful feeling. Seeing him sleep so peacefully and calm and self assured of his place in the world I couldn't help but just look at him in awe. He's growing bigger and stronger and smiles and tries to talk! ahhh.
I've taken some pictures. I'm hoping this time I'll actually get them developed and post them here. Stay tuned for those.
The main reason for the trip was to surprise Shiv on her birthday. I can't believe you're 16, Shiv. Remember what I said: "Just say NO!" It was so much fun being there and with family. And naturally there was lots of chai!
OK, more later. I really enjoy keeping the blog and improving my writing skills. I wonder how many readers I have. I think less than five right now. If you're reading this, do let me know. I'd like a rough idea of who likes to sip chai!
