So this summer will officially kick in the end of July with my hopes of a little orange party. It'll be the first time I have a lot more people at the apartment, so we'll see how it goes. Why an orange gathering? To celebrate the fabulous orange wall. Want to know more? Send me a note.

It's really interesting to think how I now like having people over and enjoy being a mini-social hostess. I like cooking for other people too. Before, I hardly ever did either. And in Z., I would always get a little embarrassed to have a few friends over. Also, when I lived with the boys, I just never called anyone over, most likely though because we lived in far away in East Falls.

I'm glad my psyche, feeling, whatever, has changed and that now I love having company over. Also just having people stay a while; it's safe to say that I have fairly good idea of what to show people and where to take them here. Come pay me a visit and you'll get to see the most interesting contrasts of East Tennessee. Plus admire the orange wall in person too!
