Life the past couple of months has been a whirlwind experienece. Lots is going on.

I was in Memphis in December as part of the naturalization process.

The new year was spent in Atlanta. This was a big surprise for me, as I had imagined new year's eve to be plai and dull. But Kent tricked me into believing we were going to Lenoir City and instead, and instead swept me away to Atlanta.

Atlanta rocked. Got to hang out with Amit and Deepa bhabhi. Also got to have coffee with Nisha. And Kent and I hung out at Little Five Points and Virginia Highland. It was such a wonderful surprise; we had a terrific time.

More traveling ensued in January. I visited Nisha in Michigan the weeked of the M.L.K. day. Met her friend Amisha there. The last week of January, I spent a lovely, love-filled, relaxful week in Rolla visiting my folks.

Rolla was wonderful as always. I baked a carrot cake with pineapple for my dad's birthday and watched 'The Aviator' with Leonardo DiCaprio. I recommend it whol heartedly.

So now February is here. Let's see what 2005 has going for it. I know my mouth is going to be sore after having my jaws bound in rubber bands. No snacking or grazing on food for a while. Ouch.
